Concept Bike: TRIUMPH ROCKET 3 – Street Fighter Style

This project began with a simple idea: to build a bike that truly fits a tall rider. The base was the mighty Triumph Rocket 3, a machine already known for its overwhelming presence. We set out to create a concept that could stand as if it had rolled straight out of the factory—yet with a custom spirit at its core.

Up front, we chose a 21-inch wheel, a decision rooted in our chopper-building DNA. The goal was not a café racer, but a bold and aggressive street fighter. By narrowing the body and lowering its stance, we achieved a look that is both light and dynamic, full of energy and speed.

The meter, originally mounted above the top bridge, was neatly embedded into the tank, eliminating protrusions for a cleaner silhouette. The tank itself was reshaped narrower than stock, with its press lines emphasized to sharpen the design. The rear section was handcrafted from aluminum, creating a dramatic contrast when viewed from the front and the back. The rear fender combines carbon fiber and aluminum, adding a refined, mature character.

Key details elevate the build even further: a rear fender stay machined from a solid 50mm block of aluminum, a relocated rear shock moved to the center for symmetry, and carefully hidden design work where the offset mount once was. Up front, we crafted an aluminum headlight cover and fender, balancing impact with harmony.

The result is a machine that feels as polished as a factory model, yet radiates individuality. A sophisticated, powerful “adult custom” brought to life in the form of the Rocket 3 Street Fighter.

このプロジェクトは、背の高いオーナーにフィットする一台を作る――そんなシンプルな想いからスタートした。ベースに選んだのは圧倒的存在感を放つ TRIUMPH ROCKET 3。もしメーカー純正でこんな仕様が発売されたら…そんな理想を追い求め、完璧な仕上がりを目指した。

フロントにはチョッパー屋ならではの選択、21インチホイールを装着。狙ったのはカフェレーサーではなく、アグレッシブな ストリートファイター。ナローで低く構えたスタイルが軽快さを生み、力強さとスピード感を同時に演出している。

メーターはタンクに埋め込み、突起物を排除。タンク自体も通常より細く仕立て、プレスラインを際立たせた。リア周りはアルミで新造し、前後からの印象が劇的に変わるデザインを実現。リアフェンダーはカーボンとアルミを組み合わせ、大人の渋みを纏わせている。

さらに、50mmアルミから削り出したリアフェンダーステー、オフセットショックを嫌いセンターに移設するなど、細部への徹底したこだわりが光る。フロントにはアルミ製ライトカバーとフェンダーを製作し、インパクトとバランスを兼ね備えた顔つきへ。

その仕上がりはまるでメーカー純正モデルのように洗練されながらも、独自の存在感を放つ。**シックで力強い“大人のカスタム”**がここに完成した。
